Door in beweging te komen, stil te staan bij lichamelijke signalen en nieuwe ervaringen op te doen, ontstaat inzicht in de samenhang tussen<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"921\">denken, voelen en doen<\/strong>. Tijdens de sessies wordt gebruikgemaakt van beweging, spel, lichaamsgerichte oefeningen en reflectie. Wat iemand doet, voelt en ervaart in het moment, geeft informatie over hoe hij of zij omgaat met spanning, emoties, grenzen en contact met anderen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1560\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Deze ervaringen worden samen onderzocht en vertaald naar het dagelijks leven.
