Deze methodiek helpt om inzicht te krijgen in prikkelverwerking en overprikkeling door samen een persoonlijk prikkelprofiel te verkennen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1386\">Het prikkelprofiel geeft inzicht in:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1571\">\n<li data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1440\">\n<p data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1440\">verschillende soorten prikkels (intern en extern)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1472\">\n<p data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1472\">signalen van overprikkeling<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1522\">\n<p data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1522\">de relatie tussen prikkels, emoties en gedrag<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1571\">\n<p data-start=\"1525\" data-end=\"1571\">wat helpt bij regulatie, herstel en zelfzorg<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1755\">De Prikkelstorm-methodiek wordt ingezet als hulpmiddel binnen de begeleiding en altijd afgestemd op wat iemand aankan. Het is geen vast traject, maar onderdeel van een breder proces.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_heading_3 et_pb_heading et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_heading_container\"><h1 class=\"et_pb_module_header\">Creatieve en bewegingsgerichte werkvormen<\/h1><\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_divider_2 et_pb_divider et_pb_space et_pb_divider_position_top et_pb_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_divider_internal\"><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1983\">In de coaching werk ik met creatieve en bewegingsgerichte opdrachten. Afhankelijk van wat passend is, gebruiken we beweging, lichaamsgerichte oefeningen en\/of beeldend werken.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1985\" data-end=\"2287\">Bij creatieve werkvormen maken we daadwerkelijk iets met verschillende materialen. Het maakproces helpt om ervaringen zichtbaar te maken en ondersteunt reflectie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Het resultaat is niet het doel, maar kan wel een tastbare herinnering zijn aan wat je hebt ervaren en geleerd.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2289\" data-end=\"2413\">Bewegingsgerichte opdrachten helpen om spanning, emoties en grenzen in het lichaam te ervaren en hier bewust mee om te gaan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2415\" data-end=\"2482\">Deze werkvormen kunnen afzonderlijk of gecombineerd worden ingezet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_heading_4 et_pb_heading et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_heading_container\"><h1 class=\"et_pb_module_header\">Workshops en trainingen op maat<\/h1><\/div>\n<div class=\"et_pb_divider_3 et_pb_divider et_pb_space et_pb_divider_position_top et_pb_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_divider_internal\"><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_3 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h3 data-start=\"2489\" data-end=\"2524\">Workshops en trainingen op maat<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2525\" data-end=\"2633\">Naast individuele coaching bied ik ook <strong data-start=\"2564\" data-end=\"2599\">workshops en trainingen op maat<\/strong>.
