Ze zijn bedoeld voor kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen die willen ontdekken wat voor hen helpend is.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"749\">In deze blogs deel ik eenvoudige oefeningen met beweging, creatief werken en aandacht voor het lichaam. Soms om even tot rust te komen, soms om beter te begrijpen wat er speelt, en soms om iets nieuws uit te proberen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"905\">De oefeningen zijn laagdrempelig en bedoeld als ondersteuning.
